First & Business Class Meals
Northwest Airways prides itself on its fantastic catering and on-board meals. We have some of the highest food ratings. First and Business Class passengers are always welcomed aboard with a pre-flight drink. This drink can be wine, champagne, juice, coffee, or an energy drink. On flights that occur during breakfast, passengers have the choice of a free-of-charge breakfast, which can either be a continental, pancake, waffle, or biscuits and gravy breakfast. On flights that occur during lunch, passengers have the choice of a free-of-charge lunch, which can either be a chicken, burger, pasta, soup and salad, or fish based lunch. On flights that occur during dinner, passengers have the choice of a free-of charge dinner which can either be steak, fish, lamb, duck, or chicken based. Respectfully, on flights between meal-times passengers have snack-type meals, such as sushi, pizza, cheese & cracker platters, or fruit salads. Finally, all meals finish off with desert, such as ice cream, cake, or pie. On ALL Northwest flights we operate using EBOF (Even Back Odd Front). This means on ODD numbered flights we start in the front, and on EVEN numbered flights, we start in the back. Examples of in-flight meals are below.
